Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Webinar Lead Lab ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Webinar Lead Lab provides a platform for managing webinar leads and related business services. We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and capabilities.

Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Types

We support multiple authentication methods including email/password, magic links, social login, passkeys, and two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

  • One-time payment: $850
  • 1 webinar transformed into an 8-12 page professional PDF
  • 3 short-form videos (30-60 seconds each)

  • 48-72 hour delivery
  • Limited availability

Starter Plan

  • Monthly: $1,750/month
  • 1 webinar per month → 10-20 page PDF
  • 5 short-form videos (30-60 seconds each)
  • 5 LinkedIn posts (hook + insight + CTA)
  • 1 blog post (1,200-1,500 words)
  • 3 email templates nurture sequence
  • 48-72 hour average delivery
  • Bank 1 unused webinar credit (rollover to next month)

Growth Plan

  • Monthly: $2,950/month (Most Popular)
  • 2 webinars per month → 2 PDFs
  • 10 short-form videos (5 per webinar)

  • Monthly: $5,750/month

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial months or unused time
  • Unused webinar credits may roll over to the next month as specified in your plan

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or data mine our platform without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Webinar Lead Lab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you upload or create using our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

User Content

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you upload or create
  • Ensuring you have the right to upload such content
  • Compliance with all applicable laws

Our Rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Infringes on rights of others
  • Is deemed inappropriate or harmful

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

  • Account information
  • Payment details (via Stripe)
  • Usage analytics (via PostHog)
  • Files you upload (stored on AWS S3)

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers
  • Update features and functionality
  • Implement scheduled maintenance and updates

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBINAR LEAD LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webinar Lead Lab from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your content or data

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Use the Service in a way that causes harm

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data per our retention policy
  • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Organizations

Multi-User Accounts

If you're using the Service as part of an organization:

  • The organization administrator controls access and settings
  • Organization owners are responsible for user actions
  • Seat-based billing applies to Pro plans

Organization Data

Organization owners have access to data and content created by organization members.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • PostHog (analytics)
  • AWS S3 (file storage)
  • Supabase (database and authentication)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the new Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notification (for significant changes)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws when using the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Webinar Lead Lab regarding the Service.
